ZWB is governed by the General Assembly (GA) which elects a National Executive Committee (NEC) biannually to run the organization’s affairs through the secretariat. It consists of 7 members including the Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Secretary and Vice Secretary, Legal Advisor, and Financial Advisor who is the treasurer and a Representative of the ZWB Youth Forum. NEC is the custodian of ZWB’s mission, assets, finances, and investments. Each province is led by a Provincial Executive Committee (PEC) made up of all chairpersons from the District Executive Committees. District Executive Committees are seven including the Chairperson and the Vice Chairperson, The Secretary and the Vice Secretary, The Treasurer and two Committee Members has good governance systems as it has a functional NEC that is good in policy development, analysis & review.
