Definition of membership:
ZWB membership shall is open to:
- Individual women who are 18 years and above, interested in gender and development issues and in contributing information, ideas, and expertise to the growth of ZWB work.
- Women's projects, enterprise groups and cooperatives, which seek ZWB support or are already, afforded such support.
- National women's organisations, Women's enterprises, women-focused community based organisations, women's church groups, girls' clubs in schools and young women's groups interested in collaborating with ZWB in the promotion of gender equality and enjoyment of rights by women and girls of Zimbabwean.
- Zimbabwean women living in the diaspora interested in supporting ZWB work.
- Professional women in Institutions of Higher Learning and in the Corporate World interested in supporting ZWB work.

Membership Categories
ZWB membership is divided into ordinary, institutions, associates, and honorary categories:
- Ordinary membership category consists of subscribed individuals and women's projects, women's enterprises and cooperatives groups which seek ZWB support or are already, afforded such support.
- Institutional membership category consists of legally registered women's organizations, unregistered women-focused community-based organisations, women's church groups and girls' clubs in schools.
- Associate membership category consists professional women from Institutions of Higher Learning, the Corporate World and Zimbabweans women living in the diaspora.
- Honorary membership category consists of women of good standing in local communities conferred with ZWB Life Membership Status because of giving notable service consistent with or in support of ZWB work. Selection of honorary members is guided by an Honorary Membership Selection Criteria set out in ZWB Rules and Standard Operating Procedures Manual.

Membership Subscriptions
Individuals
$3.00 annual fee
Institutions
Institutions will be subject to an anual fee of $20.00
Groups/ Cooperatives
Groups/ Cooperatives will be subject to an initial fee of $5 to register their group name and an individual fee of $1 per group member
- ZWB shall have different membership subscription fees for the different membership categories.
- b) All people interested in becoming ZWB members shall pay a renewable annual membership subscription fee for their membership category as determined from time to time by the National Executive Committee and approved by the National General Assembly.
Honorary members shall not pay membership subscription fees for as long as they remain active and loyal to ZWB mission
